As is our typical plan for the Annual Awards event, we will need the mothers of all CCA students to meet at the church on Saturday Evening at 7 PM to get the sandwiches and desserts prepared for the Luncheon on Sunday. The cost to each family will be $15.
We will also need the fathers to help us tear down the Fellowship Hall following the event.
Because of this preparation, there will be NO CHOIR PRACTICE on Saturday evening.
Also, there will be NO CHILDREN’s CHURCH on Sunday Morning since the Fellowship Hall will be set up for the Luncheon.
